Esther, is an accomplished business support professional with over 16 years of experience, expertise in banking operations, business, systems audit, business analytics, performance management and marketing. Esther is a graduate of Ambrose Alli University (Edo State) where she earned her Bachelor degree in Banking & Finance, Advanced Certificate in Banking & Finance from Federal College of Education, Diploma Computer Studies from Avia Computer for Management Science, she is a member of Chartered Institute of Loans & Risk Management (CILRM), MILRM/4505, a member of Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria (ICEN) 19629 and a Certificate in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Nigeria Computer Society.

As a Customer Relation Manager at Lychee Integrated Solution, Esther proves the definition and enable to collaborate with other internal teams to ensure adoption and successful renewal, serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, negotiate close agreements on Renewal and Service Level Agreement and notify clients of due dates, generate.

Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Invoices, she develops trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and client stakeholders and assist with challenging client requests or issues escalations as needed, attend and channel complain or assistance to appropriate Consultants, develop creative direction and experiential engagement ideas to meet clients’ objectives.
